Shipping & Delivery

1. Standard estimate

Standard delivery is usually estimated at 5–30 business days from payment confirmation, depending on destination. The destination-specific estimate shown at checkout takes priority.

2. Tracking

The order confirmation and shipping update are sent to the email used at checkout. Once the parcel is dispatched, the shipping update includes the available tracking number or link. Tracking can take a short time to update after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

3. Duties and taxes

Taxes, customs charges or import duties that apply to your destination are shown at checkout where available or remain payable to the relevant authority. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

4. Delays and missing parcels

If an order is delayed or appears missing, contact contact@yozaru.com with your order number. We will investigate with the delivery network and provide the remedy required by applicable law. If we cannot ship within a promised timeframe, we will contact you with the options required by applicable law.

5. Address changes and failed delivery

Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. Once an order is being prepared or is in transit, a change may not be possible. Reshipment or address-correction costs caused by customer error may apply where permitted by law.

6. Contact
